One injured in single-vehicle crash

ST. LOUIS, MO – One person was injured in a single-vehicle on Meyer Rd west of Meyerwood Rd, reports the Missouri State Highway Patrol. The crash occurred around 7:30 p.m. yesterday.

A Chevrolet Impala traveled off the right side of the road, slid, hit an embankment, and then returned to the road. The vehicle then traveled off the left side of the road, hitting a mailbox, utility pole, telephone box, and another utility pole.

One passenger in the vehicle sustained minor injuries in the crash and was transported to a local hospital.
