Lawsuit News from OnderLaw

Baby Trend's Tango Mini Stroller has been recalled due to a potential safety hazard.

Thursday, January 23, 2020 - Tango Mini Stroller, manufactured by Baby Trend, has been recalled due to a potential for the stroller's hinge joints to spontaneously release and collapse.

The Consumer Product Safety Commission issued a recall January 16, 2020 of about 2,000 strollers, including those with bonnet tops in Jet Black (Model Number ST31D11A), Quartz Pink (Model Number ST31D09A), Sedona Gray (Model Number ST31D10A), and Purest Blue (Model Number ST31D03A). Model numbers are printed in black on a white sticker located on one of the stroller's legs.

Affected strollers have been sold on Amazon.com and at Target stores October 2019 through November 2019 for $100-$120.

Parents and caregivers who have purchased an above model Tango Mini Stroller are asked to stop using the stroller immediately and contact Baby Trend for a replacement or full refund.

Parents can email info@babytrend.com or visit www.babytrend.com and click on "Safety Notices" at the bottom of the page. Contact Baby Trend at 800-328-7363, 9 a.m.- 4:30 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday through Friday.
