Multiple injuries reported in Jefferson County T-bone collision

JEFFERSON COUNTY, MO – Two people were taken to the hospital after a T-bone crash along Highway Z Tuesday morning.

According to the official crash report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the accident occurred at the intersection of Highway Z and Woodlands Road at about 10:40 a.m.

Officials at the scene say the 2009 Chevrolet Silverado driven by 60-year-old Steve Marvin was struck on the driver’s side door by 30-year-old Alisha Strange’s 2002 Trailblazer while attempting to turn onto Woodlands Drive. Strange was going over the crest of a hill and did not notice Marvin was in the process of making the turn until it was too late.

Both individuals were transported to local hospitals to be treated for minor injuries sustained in the crash.
