ST. CHARLES COUNTY, MO – Two people were hospitalized following a multi-vehicle collision along MO-94 Friday afternoon.
According to an official crash report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the incident occurred in the eastbound lanes of MO-94 near Sidentop Road at about 12:30 p.m.
Police believe the driver in a 2020 Peterbilt truck struck the back of a 2016 Toyota Camry causing a chain reaction that ended with a third vehicle being rear-ended.
Both occupants in the Toyota were transported to SSM Health Lake Joseph Hospital to be treated for minor injuries. No other injuries were reported as a result of the collision.
