Motorcyclist seriously injured in Koshkonong crash

KOSHKONONG, MO — A 45-year-old man sustained serious injuries in a single-vehicle motorcycle crash early Tuesday morning in Koshkonong, according to a crash report by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

Authorities responded to the scene of the crash along MO-142 in Koshkonong around 1:35 a.m.

Troopers reported that the westbound motorcyclist had misjudged a curve in the road, traveling off the right side of the roadway before overturning.

The man was found ejected from the motorcycle and was not wearing a helmet or any protective gear.

He was airlifted to Cox Medical Center South in Springfield where his condition is currently undisclosed.
