Motorcyclist injured in Laclede County accident

LEBANON, MO (LACLEDE COUNTY) – A man was injured in an accident involving a car and a motorcycle on Thursday afternoon near Lebanon, according to a crash report by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

The accident happened at 12:40 p.m. on Highway AA, about five miles west of Lebanon.

A 2018 Chevrolet Malibu driven by Lebanon woman Amber D. Bristol, 35, was traveling northbound when it turned left into the path of a 2010 Kawasaki motorcycle. The southbound Kawasaki, driven by 68-year-old Glen R. Disming, collided with the side of the Chevrolet.

Disming was taken to the hospital via private vehicle for the treatment of minor injuries. He was wearing his helmet at the time of the accident.

Bristol is not recorded as having been injured and was wearing a seatbelt when the crash occurred.

The motorcycle was extensively damaged, while the Chevrolet received only minor damage and was able to be driven from the scene.
