Motorcyclist hurt in two-vehicle collision on Hwy. 30

FENTON, MO – A two-vehicle collision Saturday afternoon injured a motorcyclist, the Leader Paper reports.

Authorities report the accident occurred Saturday at 1:48 p.m. on Hwy. 30 at Summit Road near the Gravois Bluffs Shopping Center in Fenton.

Brandon Ballance, 28, of Fenton, was riding on a 2007 Suzuki GSX-R750 motorcycle when he lost control and hit the right side of a 2015 Hyundai Sonata driven by 20-year-old Tyler Schmidt.

Ballance suffered moderate injuries and was transported to Mercy Hospital South.
