STE. GENEVIEVE COUNTY, MO – A man was killed after his motorcycle collided with another vehicle on Highway 61 in Ste. Genevieve County this afternoon, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
The collision occurred on southbound US-61, south of Route O and Bloomsdale, when the driver of a 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee, 31-year-old Alyssa A. Stout, of Broken Bow, Nebraska, was making a left turn and failed to yield the right of way.
A 2004 Harley-Davidson Heritage motorcycle, operated by 61-year-old Ste. Genevieve man Mark W. Radford, then crashed into the right side of the Jeep.
Radford was airlifted to Mercy Hospital South, where he was pronounced dead at 5:59 p.m.
Stout was not injured in the crash.
