Man injured after rollover crash on Highway 370 near Bridgeton

BRIDGETON, MO — A 28-year-old Hazelwood man was hospitalized Sunday morning after a single-vehicle rollover crash on Highway 370 near Bridgeton, according to Missouri State Highway Patrol.

The incident occurred in the eastbound lanes of Highway 370 west of Missouri Route 141 and was reported by Trooper L. Dezner at 6:40 a.m.

The man was driving a 2001 Buick Regal eastbound on the highway when his vehicle ran off the roadway and struck a guardrail, causing the vehicle to overturn.

The young man was transported to SSM Health De Paul Hospital with moderate injuries. His condition has not been disclosed. The MSHP crash report indicates he was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash.

The Buick Regal sustained total damages.
