Man fatally strikes rock bluff on exit ramp from Hwy 61 to Rte A

WENTZVILLE, MO – An elderly man died in a fiery crash on the exit ramp from Hwy 61 to Rte A Tuesday morning, according to 70 West Sentinel.

Kenneth R. White, 79, was driving his motor home on northbound Hwy 61 around 6:55 a.m. When he got onto the exit ramp from Hwy 61 to Rte A, he strayed off the road and collided with a rock bluff. The motor home then burst into flames.

Emergency crews pronounced White dead at the scene.
