Lanes closed on I-70 following afternoon crash

ST. CHARLES, MO – Officials with the Missouri State Highway Patrol were forced to close at least one lane on I-70 following a Friday afternoon crash.
According to the official Twitter page of the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the accident occurred at about 1:18 p.m. near the Cave Springs Road Overpass.

No injuries have been reported as a result of the crash. However, officials are advising motorists to avoid the areas as delays are likely along this portion of I-70 throughout Friday afternoon.
