Improperly parked vehicle rear-ended and flipped over in St. Francois County

ST. FRANCOIS COUNTY, MO – A man was injured after his vehicle rear-ended and then flipped over on US 67 Tuesday night, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reports.

Officials said Jose Bustamantz improperly parked his 1995 Chevrolet S-10 and it was rear-ended by a 2018 Hyundai Elantra. The force of the collision caused the Chevrolet to travel off the right side of the road and flip over just north of Missouri Route 8

Bustamantz was taken to Parkland Health Center-Farmington for treatment of minor injuries.
