JEFFERSON COUNTY, MO – One woman was hospitalized following a single-motorcycle collision south of Fenton Tuesday evening.
According to the official crash report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the accident occurred just east of the intersection of Romaine Creek Road and Stillwater Woods Drive.
Troopers believe 36-year-old Melissa Haas quickly rounded a curve then swerved to avoid an oncoming vehicle before skidding off the road and into a ditch.
Haas was transported to Mercy Hospital South to be treated for moderate injuries.
