Eureka driver rear-ends postal truck on Highway W, 1 person injured

EUREKA, MO – A 32-year-old Eureka driver rear-ended a postal truck on Highway W injuring one person on Thursday morning.

Nancy S. Passiglia, 64, was traveling south on Highway W in a postal truck and slowed to make a left turn into a private driveway, according to Missouri State Highway Patrol. Kody L. Graves was traveling south on Highway W in a 2016 RAM 1500 and was unable to stop in time. The RAM rear-ended the postal truck south of Winnifred Drive around 11:23 a.m.

Passiglia was transported to Mercy Hospital St. Louis for moderate injuries. Both drivers were wearing seat belts.

The RAM sustained moderate damages and the postal truck sustained minor damages.
