A Sunday morning accident in Emden injured two people.
At around 2:00 a.m., a 2018 Kawasaki ATV was traveling west on County Road 250 when it crashed and rolled over about five miles north of the community center. 31-year-old Christopher J. Hensley was driving the vehicle and sustained minor injuries, while his passenger, 34-year-old Heather M. Gatson, incurred serious injuries and had to be transported to Hannibal Regional Hospital for treatment. Authorities are still investigating the incident.
