Driver responsible for fatal Pagedale accident may face charges

PAGEDALE, MO – The driver who caused a car accident that killed one person and injured four others is likely to face charges, reports Fox 2 Now.

This is an update to a previous post.

The crash happened at about 10 a.m. Wednesday on Page Avenue near its intersection with Ferguson Avenue. A westbound Dodge Challenger sped into an eastbound Ford sedan, lost a tire, and spun out into a beige Hyundai, which rolled over. The Hyundai’s driver died at the scene, while two passengers were rushed to area hospitals alongside the drivers of the Dodge and the Ford.

Pagedale Police Chief Eddie Simmons said charges would likely be filed against the Dodge’s driver, although he did not specify which charges that individual was likely to face.
