Driver injured from St Peters crash

ST PETERS, MO – A driver suffered minor injuries after an accident on I-70 Monday afternoon.

Makel D. Matthews, 19, was driving a Chevrolet Cavalier at the same time Yunier P Rodriguez was driving a Dodge Ram. Both drivers were heading west on I-70.

At around 3:15, both drivers changed lanes to avoid debris on the road. Matthews failed to slow down enough and struck the front of Rodriguez’s vehicle.

Matthews suffered minor injuries while Rodriguez was unhurt.
