Driver injured after vehicle flips on Highway 370

ST. CHARLES, MO – According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, one individual has sustained minor injuries following a single-vehicle accident on Highway 370 at Harry S. Truman Boulevard.

The accident occurred at 8 p.m. Monday. The police report states that a 2006 Ford 500 veered off the right side of the road and flipped over.

The vehicle’s driver, 31-year-old Kenneth Shumate, Jr., was transported to SSM Health St. Joseph Hospital.

The cause of the accident is unknown. Any new information will be updated accordingly.
