De Soto woman hospitalized following T-bone crash in Jefferson County

JEFFERSON COUNTY, MO – A woman from De Soto was taken to the hospital after being involved in a rear-end collision on US-67  Tuesday evening.

According to the official crash report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the incident was reported on US-67 at the Victoria Road intersection at about 4:18 p.m.

Troopers at the scene say 70-year-old Rose Long was traveling southbound on the highway when the driver of a 2008 Ford F-150 pulled into the path of Long’s 2016 Chevrolet Cruze causing her to collide with the front driver’s side of the Ford.

Long was treated for minor injuries at the scene then transported to Mercy Hospital Jefferson as a precaution.
