ST. LEWIS, MO – According to MoDOT STL, first responders were dispatched to the scene of a crash at southbound I-270 past I-44 Monday.

The crash was reported to authorities around 4:27 p.m. Emergency crews expect to have the area cleared by 4:55 p.m.
