Crash injures 2 on I-55, near Butler Hill Rd

ST. LOUIS, MO – Two people were seriously injured following a wreck on I-55, south of Butler Rd Wednesday morning, MSHP reports.

John M Peyeatt Jr, 27, was driving a Ford F-150 north on I-55.  As it approached the intersection with Butler Rd, the vehicle went off the road and into a rock bluff.

Peyeatt and his father, John M Peyeatt Sr, 55, were hospitalized in serious condition at Mercy Hospital South following the crash.
