Crash closes three lanes on I-55 northbound in St. Louis

ST. LOUIS, MO — A vehicle collision late Wednesday morning shut down three right lanes on Interstate 55 northbound in St. Louis, according to MoDOT STL Traffic.


The crash happened on a stretch of I-55 northbound before the South Broadway Street exit near the city’s Mount Pleasant neighborhood. It was first reported by MoDOT at 11:10 a.m.

The lanes were projected to reopen at 11:55 a.m., but no further updates have been made since the original report.
