Crash closes three lanes on I-170 northbound in northwest St. Louis

ST. LOUIS, MO — A vehicle accident Thursday afternoon shut down three left lanes on Interstate 170 northbound in northwest St. Louis, according to MoDOT STL Traffic.


The collision occurred north of St. Charles Rock Road not far from the city of St. John and was reported at 3:50 p.m.

Commuters in the area were advised to use the center lanes.

MoDOT STL projected a clearance time of 4:34 p.m.

At 4:11 p.m., it was reported that only one left lane remained closed.
