ST. LOUIS, MO — A vehicle accident Monday evening shut down the left lane on Interstate 44 eastbound and northbound near the LaSalle Park neighborhood in St. Louis, according to MoDOT STL Traffic.

The incident occurred on the stretch of I-44 eastbound at the exit to Park Avenue and was first reported at 7:02 p.m.
MoDOT STL projected the scene would clear at 7:05 p.m.
