Crash blocks shoulder on I-64 WB near Midtown St. Louis

ST. LOUIS, MO — A vehicle accident Thursday morning was blocking the right shoulder along Interstate 64 westbound near the Midtown neighborhood in St. Louis, according to MoDOT STL Traffic.

The crash occurred along the westbound lanes of I-64 west of Market Street and was first reported at 8:54 a.m.

The scene was expected to clear nearly an hour later at 9:46 a.m., suggesting a significant accident and response effort.
