Collision shuts down four lanes on I-270 NB near Des Peres

ST. LOUIS COUNTY, MO — A vehicle crash Monday morning closed four right lanes on Interstate 270 northbound near Des Peres, according to MoDOT STL Traffic.


The accident took place in the northbound lanes south of Manchester Road near the West County Center shopping mall and was first reported by MoDOT at 6:29 a.m.

The scene was projected to clear at 7:18 a.m.

At 6:26 a.m., only three right lanes were reported closed, suggesting one lane had reopened.

By 7:08 a.m., the accident had been reported cleared ahead of schedule.
