Collision closes lane on I-270 SB near northwest St. Louis

ST. LOUIS, MO — A vehicle collision Tuesday morning closed the right lane on Interstate 270 southbound near northwest St. Louis, according to MoDOT STL Traffic.

The crash happened in the southbound lanes of I-270 at the merge to Interstate 70 near SSM Health DePaul Hospital St. Louis and was first reported at 8:40 a.m.

The scene was expected to clear nearly an hour later at 9:36 a.m.
