ST. LOUIS, MO – Troopers with the Missouri State Highway Patrol closed one lane along I-270 north of downtown St. Louis late Monday morning.
According to the official Twitter page of the Missouri Department of Transportation, the accident occurred in the eastbound lanes of I-270 just before the New Chain of Rocks Bridge shortly after 11:30 a.m.

No injuries were reported immediately following the crash. However, the left lane was closed for about a half-hour while the incident was investigated and cleared from the interstate.
