Camero crashes into telephone pole, one person injured

POTOSI, MO – A 2000 Chevrolet Camero crashed into a telephone pole injuring one person on Tuesday afternoon.

Missouri State Highway Patrol reports 27-year-old Seth E. Gorham was traveling west on Highway 8 when he attempted to pass another vehicle. Gorham lost control of the Chevrolet causing it to travel off the right side of the road. The vehicle hit a tree at 114422 Highway 8 around 4:30 p.m.

Gorham was transported to Washington County Memorial Hospital for minor injuries. It is unclear if he was wearing a seat belt.

The Chevrolet was totaled.
