MONITEAU COUNTY, MO – A California woman died after being struck by a truck on Highway 50 Tuesday evening.
According to KRCG, Adrea Bondurant, 36 was hit on the driver’s side door by a truck as she was attempting to cross lanes westbound on Highway 50 in Moniteau County.
Bondurant was pronounced dead upon officials arrived at the scene. The truck driver, Troy Eichelberger, 45, also from California sustained minor injuries.
Eichelberger remained at the scene and cooperated with authorities. Drugs or alcohol are not believed to be a factor in the crash.
