Troopers find body of missing swimmer at Lake of the Ozarks

Sean Jouglard, 21, was a passenger on a boat. Jouglard did not resurface after going for a swim.

Divers with the Missouri State Highway Patrol searched for Jouglard Monday and found him later that day. According to the report giving by troopers, Jouglard was not wearing a floatation device at the time of the drowning.
