ST. LOUIS, MO – According to Fox 2 Now, emergency crews closed down westbound I-44 from Hampton Ave to Southwest Ave because of a car wreck.
Crews were dispatched to the crash site around 4:30. They had all lanes cleared and reopened by 6 p.m.
It is unclear if anyone was hurt in the collision.
