A vehicle collision was reported in Shell Knob midday Sunday.
The incident occurred on State Highway 39, around five miles north of the CDP center. 28-year-old Scott Flamling of Aurora was driving a vehicle north when he unexpectedly swerved onto the southbound lane, crashing into another vehicle driven by 29-year-old Brianna Sproul. The female motorist sustained significant injuries and was taken to Mercy Hospital for treatment. Authorities are investigating the incident.
