Reported motorcycle accident leaves man injured

ST.LOUIS, MO – A St. Louis man was injured in an apparent motorcycle accident, Leader Publications reports.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, troopers responded to a reported accident at Saline Road and Lakeview Ridge Drive on June 17.

Cpl. Juston Wheetley said the accident occurred at 9:50 p.m. when the passenger of the motorcycle, 56-year-old Daniel J. Klueg, called officials. The passenger didn’t tell officials what happened, who the driver was, or where they were. 

Emergency responders took Klueg to Mercy Hospital South in St. Louis County. 

Patrol officials reported the motorcycle was not at the scene when they arrived. 

Investigations are ongoing.
