Pedestrian dies in St. Louis crash

ST. LOUIS, MO – A pedestrian was hit and killed on Airport Road on Thursday evening.

According to FOX2 NOW, the fatal accident occurred around 7:30 p.m.

Investigations into the cause of the crash are ongoing. It is unclear if the driver remained at the crash scene.
