ST. CHARLES, MO – Officials have named the two pilots who died in a plane crash Saturday, KY3 reports.
George King, 55, and Amanda Youngblood, 35, were pilots for cargo airline AirNet II LLC. They departed Spirit of St. Louis Airport in Chesterfield in a twin-engine Beech 58 and were on their way to Centennial Airport in Englewood, Colorado to pick up cargo.
The plane went down in a wooded area near Defiance in St. Charles County around 7:20 p.m.
The crash is under investigation by NTSB.
