STODDARD CO., MO – A motorcyclist was seriously injured early this morning when he struck an animal on Route AB east of Bloomfield and was thrown from his bike.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the collision happened at about 2:20 a.m., and resulted in serious injuries to the 50-year-old motorcyclist. He was taken by ambulance to St. Francis Hospital in Cape Girardeau. His current condition is unknown at this time.
