Moped rider crashes, dies on Pestalozzi St

ST. LOUIS – A moped rider died after crashing on the 3300 block of Pestalozzi St Monday morning, according to KSDK.

First responders were dispatched to the area after receiving reports of a moped rider losing control of the vehicle and slamming in the back of a parked vehicle around 12:53 a.m.

The moped rider died at the hospital from his injuries.

St. Louis police are investigating the incident. They believe the slickness of the road likely played a role in the crash.
