A truck accident was reported to authorities in High Ridge Friday afternoon.
A 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee was traveling east on Schumacher Road when it suddenly swerved off the roadway and crashed into several trees before stopping. 51-year-old Bryan Webb of Cedar Hill was driving the SUV and was not injured, while his passenger, 34-year-old Devon Stricker, had to be taken to Mercy Hospital South for treatment of multiple injuries. Initial reports suggest other vehicles were not involved in the crash. Officials are currently investigating the incident.
Road incidents frequently result in injuries or deaths that can have disabling or long-term effects on victims or their families. With this in mind, consulting personal injury/accident experts is advised so that aggrieved parties can be informed of legal avenues that should help them cope and find closure.
