Several motorists were hospitalized following an accident in Harviell Friday morning.
The incident occurred on US Highway 160 in front of Ringo Ford Access. At 8:30 a.m., a 2009 Chevy HHR driven by 21-year-old Charlee D. Horn was attempting to pass in a no-passing section of the highway when he collided head-on with a 2011 Chevy Silverado driven by 52-year-old Sherry L. Croy. Both drivers, as well as two passengers in Horn’s vehicle, sustained multiple injuries and were taken to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center for treatment. The incident is still under investigation.
Road incidents that result in injuries or deaths can be challenging to recover from, so it only makes sense to allow aggrieved parties to explore legal avenues that can help them cope and find closure. In these situations, personal injury/accident experts can assist victims or their families pursue legal avenues appropriate to their cases.
