Cade man seriously hurt after being ejected from ATV

CADET, MO (WASHINGTON COUNTY) – A Cade man was seriously injured after being ejected from an ATV in Washington County last night.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the accident happened just before 8:30 p.m. in the northbound lane of Roderick Road, near Missouri Highway 47, when a 1985 Suzuki ATV flipped over.

The driver of the ATV, 56-year-old Randay L. Skaggs, of Cade, was thrown from the vehicle. He was taken to Mercy Hospital South for the treatment of serious injuries.

No other people were harmed in the accident.
