Ammonia leak reported on West Park Ave

ST. LOUIS, MO – Three people have been taken to the hospital following an Ammonia leak on the 5700 block of West Park Ave Tuesday, Fox 2 Now reports.

Emergency crews, including firefighters and a HAZMAT team, were called to the scene when an employee at a business called Paulo was working on a valve around 8 a.m.

Of the three people injured, two were firefighters. The current condition of the injured parties is unclear at this time.

Businesses near Paulo have not been evacuated, despite concerns about being downwind from the leak.
