ST. LOUIS, MO – A 33-year-old St. Louis motorcyclist was injured in a rear-end collision on southbound I-55 on Sunday night.
Missouri State Highway Patrol reports Milaus L. Cyprian was traveling south on I-55 on a 2014 Kawasaki ZX636-F. He rear-ended a 2008 Dodge Caliber, driven by 23-year-old Adam M. Michaud. The motorcycle traveled off the right side of the road and overturned south of Butler Hill Road around 9:55 p.m.
Cyprian was ejected from the motorcycle. He was wearing a seat belt. MSHP reports he was transported to Mercy Hospital St. Louis for serious injuries.
Michaud was wearing a seat belt as well.
The motorcycle was totaled and the Dodge sustained minor damages.
