Bismark man hospitalized after colliding with tree in St. Francois

ST. FRANCOIS COUNTY, MO – Officials with the Missouri State Highway Patrol reported one injury resulting from a single-vehicle crash on Old Cadet Rd. Monday evening.
According to the official crash report, the accident occurred along Old Cadet Road just south of Ringer Road at about 7:16 p.m.
Troopers at the scene believe Jonathan Bridgeman, 27, was driving his 2009 Ford Focus at a dangerous speed for the weather conditions when he skidded off the right side of the road and struck a tree before overturning.
Bridgeman was rushed to Parkland Health Center Bonne Terre with moderate injuries.
