ST. LOUIS, MO – One woman was taken to the hospital following a multi-vehicle crash near the Mississippi River Monday morning.
According to the official crash report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the accident occurred on I-70 just west of Highway 141 shortly after 11:30 a.m.
Troopers at the scene believe the driver of a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee struck the back of a 2012 Toyota Tacoma. One occupant in the Toyota, 26-year-old Kelly Rene, was transported to SSM Health St. Joseph to be treated for minor injuries sustained in the crash.
