ATV rear-ends another ATV in Ste. Genevieve County, 1 person injured

STE. GENEVIEVE, MO – One person was injured after an ATV rear-ended another ATV on Hill Drive on Monday afternoon.

According to Missouri State Highway Patrol, 23-year-old Skyhawk A. Diffee was traveling north on Hill Drive on a 2004 Honda TRX250EX. She rear-ended a 2005 Polaris 700 driven by 20-year-old Tyler A. Lipp. The accident happened at Pine Drive around 3:30 p.m.

Diffee was transported to Mercy Hospital Jefferson for minor injuries. She was wearing a seat belt. Lipp was not wearing a seat belt.

The Honda ATV sustained minor damages and the Polaris ATV was not damaged.
