ST. LOUIS, MO – Officials with the Missouri State Highway Patrol were forced to close two lanes on I-70 following an afternoon collision Tuesday.
According to the official Twitter page of the Missouri Department of Transportation, the accident was reported shortly before 2 p.m. in the westbound lanes of I-70 near Zumbehl Road.

No injuries have been reported immediately following the crash. However, this situation is still ongoing. Officials are advising motorists to avoid the area as delays are likely throughout the early afternoon on Tuesday.
