ST. LOUIS, MO – Motorists have been advised to proceed with caution around an accident that occurred on I-70 early Tuesday evening.
According to the official Twitter page of the Missouri Department of Transportation, the accident happened in the westbound lanes of I-70 just past Salisbury Street at about 3:40 p.m.

Officials have not reported any injuries as an immediate result of the crash. However, the incident could cause significant delays for rush-hour commuters.
