Erin Hergenrother has spent her career representing individuals and their families from all over the country. She joined OnderLaw in 2024. Before joining OnderLaw, she gained more than a decade of experience advocating for victims and their families who have been harmed due to exposure to asbestos and other hazardous chemicals.

Erin honed her craft by representing her clients in all aspects of the litigation process. She’s done everything from intake to final resolution, including conducting depositions, extensive motion practice, negotiating settlements, and trial work.

Erin earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia where she majored in Political Science. After undergrad, Erin returned home to St. Louis and earned her Juris Doctor from Saint Louis University School of Law. While in law school, she developed a desire to pursue a career that allowed her to work personally with clients most in need of legal counsel. Erin gained experience representing these clients at St. Louis University School of Law Clinic where she specialized in civil advocacy. She tried her first case to verdict two weeks after graduation and has gone on to help countless clients get the justice they deserve since.
