Cathleen was born in Columbia, Missouri and was raised in Sikeston, Missouri. She attended the University of Miami (FL) where she earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis on accounting and legal studies. While at the University of Miami, she was a member of the honors program and graduated cum laude.
She obtained her Juris Doctorate from University of Missouri School of Law in Columbia, Missouri. During law school, she held numerous leadership positions in the school’s premier legal organizations. Cathleen was also awarded the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for her achievements in the study of elder law.
While in law school, Cathleen attended the Institute on World Legal Problems in Innsbruck, Austria, where she studied under United States Supreme Court Judge Antonin Scalia. She gained additional legal experience by working in the Office of Chief Counsel in St. Louis, Missouri while in school.
Since joining OnderLaw in 2010, Cathleen has represented several hundred injured parties across the country who have been injured by pharmaceutical companies and medical device manufacturers. Her practice not only includes a high concentration of product liability litigation, but all personal injury litigation including auto accidents, workplace accidents, medical malpractice and trucking accidents.
Cathleen was admitted to the Missouri Bar in 2010 and is a member of the Missouri Bar and the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis.
